I founded Balai Charan Secondary Teachers Training Institute Ltd. because of it was my dream and passion to create something new and unique. So, I took up the challenge to develop a lesser known habitat called “Salboni” teeming with underprivileged people, situated adjacent to the well established Paschim Medinipur suburbs of Western part in the state of West Bengal. Balai CharanBalai Charan Secondary Teachers Training Institute started in 2016 and now our mission is to be one of the premier Teachers Training Institute for Primary Teachers in the Eastern India within near future. It is located at Vill: Bankibandh, PO: Sayedpur, PS: Salboni, Dist: Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
